Four-hour interactive team program exploring each team member’s talents and strengths through individual reflective and interactive team exercises. The team leaves the session with enhanced understanding of how to maximize team member contributions and concrete action steps to enhance team performance.
Two hours of individual leader coaching exploring team member talents and creating a strategic plan to leverage individual talents.
Two-hour follow-up team session (60-90 days later) with the team to create lasting impact.

How to get started
The focus and scope of your coaching engagement will depend on your immediate and long term needs. You will have the opportunity to unlock your potential in several ways:
A short-term coaching engagement facilitated over several phone or video sessions to address a specific, targeted issue;
OR
A comprehensive coaching engagement designed to create sustainable results that might include coaching over six months or more with two to three sessions per month.
